My Story
I have worn many different hats so far. I started my career in marketing and communications and after an MBA, I was more involved in product marketing, product innovation, and GTM strategies for emerging technologies such as AI and computer vision since 2013. This exposure led me to pursue a PhD in Service Design at the Royal College of Art in 2017. Since then, I have been practicing multi-disciplinary design (UX, Product Design, Service Design), design-led product management, and AI-driven digital transformation (e.g. automation, agentic AI solutions).

I have been working in a wide range of sectors from luxury fashion (LVMH Group, Richemont) to software (VMware, OneWeb) and consumer healthcare (Haleon). I also spent some time within the United Nations system, working at the intersection between intergovernmental organisation, private sector, and civic organisations.

I would love to help organisations that are keen to leverage AI and other emerging technologies to generate measurable business outcomes that create value for their clients and end users.
